The Festival does not receive any public funding. It relies entirely on four sources of support: its generous sponsor, Hawkins Ryan solicitors; its friends and associates who support with gifts in kind, in publicity or of time; its ticket-buying audience – and The 100 Club.
The 100 Club provides the life blood of the King’s Lynn Book Festival. We aim to have 100 members giving at least £5 per month by Standing Order. As a member you will have the earliest opportunity to buy tickets, and at the best price. In addition each year, at the close of the Festival, we draw the name of one member who receives £100 in new bank notes. This prize is given by a generous supporter specifically for the purpose. The prize does not come from Festival funds.
